Born in Peru, he embarked on his professional journey as an attorney specializing in construction law, international business, and labor relations at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Further broadening his horizons, Robinson added two more distinguished feathers to his hat: a master's degree in Comparative Law from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.

In 2012, Robinson joined the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA), which ignited his passion for ensuring safety in the construction industry. With his firm belief in the power of knowledge, he has provided over one thousand classes to approximately 20,000 construction professionals and holds an OSHA 10 and 30-Hour Construction, First Aid CPR, and Flagger Instructor certificate.
